Cook 2

Community Based Corrections District 5 is seeking a highly motivated, skilled Cook 2 to join our team at the Fort Des Moines Residential Correctional Facility. The Cook 2 will be responsible for preparing a variety of food items for meals at two residential facilities, supervising clients assigned to kitchen duties, enforcing hygiene and sanitation standards, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas and equipment to prevent foodborne illness.
