Those hired will be responsible for operating various kitchen stations including dressers, front and back swamps, grills, and food prep areas. The position requires performing cleaning and sanitation duties regularly to uphold health regulations, such as trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and tools, sanitizing surfaces, and cleaning equipment. Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety are critical.

Physical stamina is also necessary, as the job involves continuous standing, bending, reaching, stretching, moving, stooping, and frequent lifting of heavy food items, sometimes weighing up to 50 pounds. Working conditions often include exposure to heat from cooking appliances, hot liquid shortenings, and freezers, with occasional exposure to extreme outdoor weather conditions.

The company seeks individuals with general restaurant or retail knowledge, basic math and reading skills, as well as effective communication abilities both verbal and written.
