This role plays a vital part in ensuring that our residents receive meals that are not only nutritious but also delicious and visually appealing. Working closely with the culinary team, the cook will prepare food in accordance with planned menus and recipes, taking into account special dietary requirements and preferences. The position offers a pay rate ranging from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience, alongside excellent benefits that include 401(k) contributions, paid vacation and sick leave, and opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role also involves occasional supervision of dishwashers in the absence of culinary management and requires a proactive approach to ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards.
