Job Requirements

  • Must have a current Washington State Food Handler's permit
  • High school diploma or GED certification preferred
  • Able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
  • Able to work on weekends and holidays
  • Able to meet professional appearance standards
  • At least two years cooking experience in quantity food production, short order or grill cooking
  • Must understand basic mathematics for recipe instructions, weighing, measuring and completing production sheets
  • Knowledgeable about kitchen safety and sanitation practices
  • Previous experience with modified diet preparation preferred
  • Able to read and understand recipes
  • Able to prepare food strictly according to recipes
