By fostering a team-oriented culture and offering opportunities for professional growth, Dial builds a workplace where employees love the way they work. The community supports continuous learning from experienced and knowledgeable leaders, emphasizing collaboration and excellence in care. The commitment is to not only extend the years in residents' lives but to also add quality and joy to those years, blending clinical care with heartfelt human connection. As such, Dial has established itself as a leader in senior living, where every day brings a chance to impact lives positively and create lasting memories.
The role available at Dial is that of a Cook, with a primary responsibility to independently prepare a variety of meals while managing food production efficiently. Reporting to the Sous or Executive Chef, the cook plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. This position requires creativity in adapting recipes to meet the special dietary needs of seniors and a keen eye for attractive plating. It also includes taking inventory and collaborating on menu planning to ensure the offerings are both delicious and nutritionally adequate. Maintaining cleanliness, food safety protocols, and organization within the kitchen are essential aspects of this role. The cook will also have the chance to contribute to a positive work environment, supporting teamwork and communication within the culinary staff. Employees enjoy several valuable benefits, such as birthday and anniversary paid time off, tuition assistance, double holiday pay, referral bonuses, loyalty incentives, meal discounts, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401K plans. This position is suited for individuals who have cooking experience in healthcare, senior living, or restaurant settings and are passionate about serving older adults with dedication and care. Dial fosters a work culture where each team member is recognized, supported, and encouraged to grow while making a meaningful impact on the community they serve.
