Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of relevant cooking experience
  • Formal culinary training preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability and availability to travel nationwide
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of commercial cooking experience focusing on high-volume or quality events
  • Formal culinary training or relevant certifications preferred
  • Experience in banquet or catering environments specializing in meal execution
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Expert knowledge of cooking techniques and food presentation
  • Leadership skills to motivate and manage kitchen teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for client interaction and problem-solving
  • Proficiency with commercial kitchen equipment and food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Lead menu execution and oversee meal preparation during large-scale events
  • Prepare, cook, and present meals to ensure high-quality culinary experiences
  • Maintain food quality and presentation standards while ensuring timely service
  • Manage inventory reporting including ingredient storage and rotation complying with safety regulations
  • Serve as the primary client contact during events and address any issues promptly
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to promote efficiency and teamwork
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and health guidelines
