T&C Markets offers a highly competitive compensation package with pay starting at USD $27.15 per hour and up to USD $28.45 per hour based on experience and performance. The schedule includes a common 5 a.m. shift start, requiring flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Deep knowledge and interest in food and cooking techniques
- Working knowledge of all food service areas, inventory management, product rotation, ordering and forecasting
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Possesses full body mobility including bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching with excellent manual dexterity
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow directions, procedures, and recipes consistently
- Ability to maintain safe and alert work practices
- Excellent communication skills including listening, verbal, and written
- Must demonstrate self-discipline, accountability, and a service-oriented attitude
- Commitment to uphold health department standards
Job Qualifications
- Deep knowledge and interest in food and cooking techniques
- Working knowledge of all food service areas, inventory management, product rotation, ordering and forecasting
- Must be a positive team player, leader, and role model that can effectively manage through change
- Ability to train others in food production, food handling and product management
- Performance oriented, with effective organization and time management skills

Job Duties
- Works in food service and restaurant operations doing prep, cooking, product rotation, and packaging
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with employees, guests, market support staff and vendor community
- Cultivates and maintains an integral and collaborative environment
- Ensures the adherence to Ready for Business standards throughout the kitchen
- Assists in training and development of employees
- Establishes and maintains a 360-feedback process including guests, staff and leadership
- Provides and role models excellent customer service
- Maintains the integrity of our brand and marketing expressions
- Maintains kitchen in a neat, clean and orderly manner
- Ensures food service compliance with local, state and federal laws
- Demonstrates attitude of service to staff and guests
