The company is currently seeking motivated kitchen team members for its Merriam, KS location. These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy food preparation, working the line during service, or a combination of both. Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant, prep cook, or line cook experience is preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients, sauces, and recipes according to company standards
  • Set up and stock stations with food, supplies, and equipment
  • Cook menu items using grilling, sautéing, frying, broiling, and other preparation methods
  • Follow recipes and maintain quality and consistency standards
  • Properly label, store, and handle food in accordance with sanitation guidelines
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout each shift
  • Complete assigned cleaning duties, inventory checks, and food storage documentation
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and fellow team members
  • Support both prep and line operations as needed
  • Assist with additional back-of-house responsibilities and other duties as assigned
