Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
- ensure all food is presented attractively and served at the correct temperature
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations throughout the shift
- collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and timely service
- follow all health and safety regulations including proper food handling and storage procedures
- assist in inventory management by reporting low stock and minimizing food waste
- adapt to changing menu items and special dietary requests as needed
