Job Duties

  • Batter (chicken and seafood), fries and monitors holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and any other fried products
  • turns and pulls product past holding time
  • stock sandwich area, prepare and package sandwiches
  • bake and dress biscuits
  • heat inserts of prepared products for the front line
  • assist in filling and packaging orders
  • monitor and correct cleanliness of the restaurant
