The cook position at HMC involves preparing banquet items according to function sheets, ensuring all restaurant food orders are accurately and promptly prepared, maintaining proper stocking of menu items, and supervising dishwashing staff to guarantee that clean utensils are readily available for guests. Job Duties

  • Prepares all banquet items as specified by function sheets
  • Responsible for preparation of all food orders from restaurant

  • Maintains cleanliness of kitchen at all times
  • Production of breakfast
  • Performs other duties as requested by Executive Chef and General Manager
