An essential part of the role involves performing regular cleaning and sanitation duties to uphold health and safety standards. Duties include trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, cleaning food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease.
