The Cook is responsible for setting up the workstation, preparing ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling, and ensuring that all food items are cooked safely and according to production guidelines and standardized recipes. The role requires proficiency in handling kitchen utensils and equipment including ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers.
