As a Cook, you will take hands-on responsibility for meeting the dietary needs of residents and assist with special meal requests. The company emphasizes a supportive work culture with benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage for eligible associates, company-paid life insurance, voluntary benefits, and a 401(k) plan with a discretionary company match. Additional benefits include paid time off, holiday pay, scholarship programs, and regular performance evaluations with potential raises. Bonus opportunities include employee referral programs, employee of the month/year recognitions, and resident tour move-ins.
Joining Legend Senior Living means becoming part of a work environment that values associate growth with ongoing educational opportunities, crisis care assistance, and family member discounts. This role requires a minimum of one year of commercial restaurant experience, the ability to provide high-level culinary service, and professional interaction with residents and staff.
