The franchisee assumes full responsibility for all employment-related matters including setting job requirements, hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. You will interact with diverse groups of customers and team members, requiring sensitivity and a bias-free approach. Additionally, you will be called upon to assist new employees in training as assigned by management, promote teamwork by supporting coworkers, and consistently follow restaurant operational procedures and uniform standards.

This role demands an excellent attendance record and punctuality, with flexibility to meet the restaurant’s scheduling needs. Dependability and reliability are key traits for success in this fast-paced environment. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
