The company embraces a "Follow the Sun" culinary philosophy, ensuring that their chef-curated menu rotates multiple times per year to highlight peak-season flavors and deliver an exceptional dining experience. Their menu features elevated takes on classic favorites, fresh juices like the Kale Tonic, crowd-pleasers such as Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Quinoa Power Bowl, and the signature Million Dollar Bacon. Beyond food, First Watch is deeply committed to social responsibility, donating a portion of every kid's meal sold to community organizations, raising approximately $2 million to date.
