As an industry leader in entertainment, Topgolf has established itself as a top destination for families, friends, and corporate events, delivering memorable experiences through exceptional service and unique offerings. The company prides itself on fostering a culture centered around its Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring, creating an inclusive and supportive environment for both guests and team members alike.

Established as a pioneer in sports entertainment, Topgolf operates multiple venues across the United States and internationally. Each location is designed to provide a social experience that goes beyond traditional golf by incorporating technology-driven games alongside an innovative menu crafted to satisfy diverse tastes. The commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences is mirrored in its hiring practices, employee development programs, and community engagement initiatives. Employee well-being and professional growth are prioritized through comprehensive benefits and flexible work schedules that support work-life balance.

This role is that of a Kitchen Team Member or Cook at one of Topgolf's vibrant venues. This position involves preparing and cooking food items in adherence to standardized recipes and menu specifications, ensuring full compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and presentation of food items, adhering strictly to portion control guidelines and display standards that reflect the brand's commitment to excellence. Collaborating with other kitchen team members will be essential for coordinating food preparation, order execution, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

The Kitchen Team Member will not only be responsible for food preparation but will also assist in inventory management, ensuring the kitchen remains well-stocked and efficient. This role demands a candidate who is comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Flexibility is key, as the work schedule encompasses varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs. The environment at Topgolf encourages a team-oriented spirit where every individual contributes to the overall guest experience in line with the company’s Core Values.

Embracing Topgolf’s core values is fundamental to success in this role. The values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring guide everyday actions and interactions within the workplace, ensuring a positive and motivating atmosphere. As part of Topgolf’s team, you will contribute to a culture that values diversity, inclusiveness, and mutual respect, making it not just a job but a fulfilling career path.

The position typically requires prior experience in a culinary setting, ideally in high-volume kitchens, with an understanding of food safety and sanitation standards. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Topgolf offers competitive wages and a robust benefits package designed to support the well-being of its employees. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, access to a free mental well-being platform, free play, and half-price food as part of the team member experience. This role is an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals who thrive in a lively, collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding food and service.
