Reporting directly to the Manager on Duty (MOD), the Cook is responsible for operating various kitchen stations including the dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, and food prep areas. This role requires adherence to company policies and procedures as the Cook must consistently maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment. Regular cleaning duties such as trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, and washing dishes and tools are part of the daily routine to uphold hygiene standards. In addition to preparing food, the Cook is expected to assist in moving and stocking food products, some weighing up to 50 pounds, which requires physical stamina.
