In the capacity of line cook, the individual will prepare high-quality food using grilling, steaming, frying, and other methods following company recipes and presentation guidelines that strive to meet or exceed guest expectations. Efficient coordination ensures food orders are delivered timely to each table. The food production duties include setting up the kitchen before operations begin, prepping and portioning food, stocking stations, and performing specialized tasks like shucking oysters or peeling shrimp. Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen environment are also critical responsibilities, with emphasis on dishwashing, restocking supplies, and general maintenance ensuring a safe and sanitary workspace. The cook also supports other operational duties such as checking in deliveries, labeling food for freshness, disposing of grease, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the premises, including restrooms and parking areas. Punctuality, professional appearance, and adherence to company policies are essential in this role, along with the expectation to participate in meetings and other duties as directed by management. Job Requirements

  • Completion of ServSafe Food Handler training
