As a Cook, you will be responsible for setting up and stocking preparation and line stations, cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils, checking the quality and freshness of ingredients, preparing and seasoning food according to recipes and portion control guidelines, inspecting food preparation and serving areas to ensure compliance with food safety standards, and substituting or assisting other cooks during busy periods. Physical requirements include the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds, standing for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours, and working effectively as part of a team with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
