The Cook role at Anthony's is essential to delivering exceptional dining experiences that meet the brand's high standards. As a Cook, you will be primarily responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking a wide variety of dishes while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. This position requires close collaboration with the Head Chef and the rest of the kitchen team to ensure smooth food production and prompt service. Attention to detail is vital, as is a strong adherence to food safety regulations. The ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times is also critical.   • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking in a professional kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen including utensils, equipment, and workstations
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate meal preparation and delivery
  • stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and moving kitchen supplies
  • monitor food stock levels and report shortages or spoilage to management
