Job Duties

  • Batter chicken and seafood, fries and monitor holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and any other fried products
  • Turn and pull product past holding time
  • Stock sandwich area, prepare and package sandwiches
  • Bake and dress biscuits
  • Heat inserts of prepared products for the front line
  • Assist in filling and packaging orders
  • Monitor and correct cleanliness of the restaurant
