Job Duties

  • Ensure neat appearance and wear contractor-furnished uniforms and aprons when on duty except aprons are not to be worn while serving food unless operating a grill
  • Do not wear jewelry including wristwatches when preparing or handling food except medical alert bracelets or necklaces
  • Undergo inspection at the start of each shift for evidence of communicable diseases, boils, infected wounds, open sores or acute respiratory infections
  • Abstain from being under the influence of alcoholic beverages or drugs while on duty
