The hotel's hospitality services emphasize quality, safety, and guest satisfaction, maintaining high standards consistent with the brand's expectations. The company is committed to diversity and equal opportunity employment, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive work environment for all employees. This position offers full-time on-site employment with a competitive hourly wage range of $17.00 to $19.00.

Beyond food prep, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment is a key responsibility, including proper labeling, dating, rotation using FIFO procedures, and waste minimization.

This role also involves setting up and breaking down kitchen stations with the necessary mise en place, tools, and supplies, facilitating smooth service during banquet, buffet, and restaurant operations. Teamwork and communication with chefs and culinary staff are essential to maintain efficient kitchen flow and ensure timely food production. Employees are expected to adhere to all company safety, sanitation, and operational policies while exhibiting professionalism and fostering a positive team atmosphere.

In addition to hands-on kitchen tasks, this position allows for personal growth and recognition through participation in a supportive work environment. The company offers various benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401K plans, parking and metro reimbursement, travel perks, holiday pay, free meals and uniforms, life insurance, short-term disability, exclusive discounts, rewards, and growth opportunities.
