Sterling Estates West Cobb is currently seeking a hospitality-focused Cook to join their Community Culinary Services Department. This role is pivotal for delivering high-quality culinary experiences to residents, ensuring that meals adhere to nutritional and dietary guidelines while maintaining excellent standards of presentation, taste, and sanitation. As a Cook, you will be responsible for full-scope, hands-on production cooking, engaging directly with the preparation, serving, and maintenance of food service operations. This includes following the menu cycle programs, preparing diets according to policy, and performing duties such as meal serving and ware washing when necessary. The Cook will also be expected to evaluate food service quality through resident feedback, ensuring that meals meet expectations in terms of quality, quantity, temperature, and appearance.
