- Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a high-end or upscale restaurant
- Knowledge of Western cuisine
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred
