We are actively seeking a Cook to join our team at the Travelodge Brunswick Near Frederick, a well-known and reputable hotel property under the HMC umbrella. The Travelodge Brunswick Near Frederick offers guests comfortable and convenient accommodations along with exceptional hospitality services. The Cook position at Travelodge Brunswick Near Frederick plays a vital role in ensuring the food service operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing all banquet items as specified by function sheets and handling food orders from the hotel restaurant, maintaining a properly stocked line for menu items, and overseeing dishwasher support to ensure all guests' utensil needs are met. A key component of the role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times and producing breakfast offerings according to the hotel's standards. You will also perform various duties as assigned by the Executive Chef and the General Manager that are crucial to the operational success of the culinary services.

Job Duties

  • Prepares all banquet items as specified by function sheets
