The role of Cook at Red Lobster is integral to maintaining the high standards of food quality and service that guests expect. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to established recipes and portion control guidelines, ensuring that every dish served adheres to Red Lobster’s standards of freshness and flavor. Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 60 pounds safely
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift

Job Duties

  • Inspecting food preparation and serving areas, tools, and equipment to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices
  • Substituting for or assisting other cooks and kitchen positions during peak business periods
