As a SONIC Drive-In restaurant Cook, you will play a vital role in the Appetite Satisfaction Department, ensuring that every food order is prepared and cooked to meet the company’s high standards for taste and quality. This role requires versatility, as you will be responsible for operating multiple stations including Food Production, Grill, Fryer, and potentially other tasks. Your day-to-day duties will involve preparing and portioning food items accurately, cooking on the grill and at the fry station to the precise specifications, dressing items to order and packaging all menu items while maintaining quality and consistency throughout. In addition to cooking, you will also keep the workspace clean and sanitary by performing routine cleaning tasks such as trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counter-tops, and sanitizing food prep areas.
