Job Duties

  • accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
  • clean, disinfect, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
  • check quality and freshness of ingredients
  • prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities, and specifications while maintaining portion control systems
  • inspect food preparation and serving areas as well as utensils and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during peak activity periods
