Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar line cook position at an upscale or high-end restaurant
  • Ability to handle fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items
