Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 2 years of related work experience preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food-handling procedures preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift heavy weights repeatedly
- Must attend work and be punctual
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work weekdays morning shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 0 to 2 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of basic operation of kitchen equipment and food-handling procedures
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good working knowledge of food preparation
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Ability to read and follow recipes unsupervised
Job Duties
- Prepare food in accordance with federal, state and corporate standards
- Follow recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving and serving food
- Taste products, read menus, estimate food requirements and keep production records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
- Walk or stand for extended periods during shifts
- Reach, bend, stoop, push and pull, and lift up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Perform repetitive motions as required
