The role also emphasizes consistency in food preparation, minimizing food waste through cross-utilization, maintaining sanitation and order in the kitchen, and proper storage of all items.
Successful candidates will collaborate closely with a world-class culinary team to create seasonal menus that reflect the restaurant’s concept and availability of ingredients. The company values candidates who are creative, motivated, and passionate about culinary growth. This is an excellent opportunity for both beginners in the hospitality industry and seasoned professionals who wish to advance their careers in a supportive and collaborative environment. The position also requires physical stamina as candidates must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work a variety of day, night, and weekend shifts.
