Key responsibilities include supporting safety protocols, confidentiality, quality assurance, and compliance with regulations every day. The Cook will collaborate with co-workers and management to promote a respectful, safe, and productive work environment. The ability to communicate effectively and display tact in sensitive situations is crucial, alongside contributing to positive public relations with guests.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, at least 2-3 years of related work experience, and valid ServSafe or equivalent Food Handler Certification. The ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, dishwashers, slicers, and mixers is necessary. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, take initiative, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
