Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 0 to 2 years of related work experience
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- knowledge of basic kitchen equipment operation and food handling procedures
- ability to stand or walk for extended hours
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform repetitive motions
- punctuality and consistent attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 0 to 2 years of related work experience
- knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food handling procedures preferred
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- good knowledge of food preparation
- familiarity with kitchen equipment
- ability to read and follow a recipe unsupervised
Job Duties
- Prepare food according to federal, state and corporate standards
- follow recipes or product directions for seasoning, cooking, tasting, and serving
- estimate food requirements and keep production records
- maintain clean and organized workstations
- walk or stand for extended periods
- lift up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- perform repetitive motions
- attend work on time and maintain regularity
- adapt to additional duties as assigned
