Job Requirements

Valid DOH accreditation or Safe Serve certification
Minimum one year of prep/line cook experience preferably in high-volume cafe environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare, cook and assemble all food items according to standard recipes and special diet requirements
Comply with all sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards
Ensure timely delivery of food orders within 10-minute ticket times
Collaborate with front-of-house team to coordinate food orders and service
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen stations and equipment
Monitor and report food quality issues or product shortages to management
Receive and unpack kitchen and food deliveries
