This position demands reliability, stamina, and strong interpersonal skills, as the successful candidate must be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods and collaborating effectively with others in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The job requires lifting heavy items up to 50 pounds, demonstrating excellent verbal communication and organization skills, and maintaining a friendly, customer-focused attitude throughout shifts. Additionally, willingness to work weekends and holidays is essential to meet the needs of our operational schedule.
