Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- ability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- capacity to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock prep and line stations
- clean, sanitize and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
- check ingredient quality and freshness
- prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, indicated quantities and specifications while maintaining portion control systems
- inspect food prep and serving areas, utensils and equipment for compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
- substitute for or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during periods of increased activity
