Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food preparation or service is beneficial
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- ability to follow safety procedures
- basic computer literacy
- ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
- ability to use internet and basic software applications such as MS Word
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- knowledge of food safety standards beneficial
- willingness to learn and adapt to changing work environments
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and safety standards
- assist cashier or packline operator as needed
- ensure chicken is cooked to food safety standards
- maintain cooking times for chicken and sides
- keep cabinets stocked with fresh products
- discard food waste properly
- follow all company standards and procedures to prepare and fulfill orders
- maintain a clean working environment in kitchen and store areas
- wash dishes during slow periods
- heat up or cook side dishes and prep for the day or next day
