Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 0 to 2 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good working knowledge of food preparation
- Requires familiarity of kitchen equipment
- Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised

Job Duties
- Prepare food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards
- Follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, and serving various food items
- Taste products, read menus, estimate food requirements, check production, and keep records for planning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Stand or walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Attend work punctually and show satisfactory regularity
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on account and client needs
