Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-2 years of related experience preferred
- Ability to work weekday shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- Capability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable with a focus on creating a healthy and safe work environment
- 0-2 years of related culinary experience
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to follow recipe instructions accurately
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing food
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
