Job Duties

Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings such as tomatoes, peppers and onions
Monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times
Cleaning workstations before and during pizza preparation
Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are clean before each use
Managing all food order and ensuring that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner
Disposing of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift
Preparing pizza, salads and other food items according to company recipes
Storing excess food at the correct temperature in order to avoid spoilage
Ensuring that food portions and food presentation meet company standards
Monitoring supplies and re-stocking as needed
Cleaning and sterilizing food preparation areas
Assisting other cooks to ensure that food orders are completed in a timely manner
Efficiently resolving problems with customers’ orders
Ensuring that food health and safety regulations are followed
Washing dishes
Mopping, sweeping and deep cleaning to keep the restaurant clean and sanitary for our loyal customers
