Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 0 to 2 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good working knowledge of food preparation
- Requires familiarity of kitchen equipment
- Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised

Job Duties
- Prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and corporate standards
- Follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, and serving a variety of foods
- Taste products, read menus, estimate food requirements, check production, and keep records for accurate planning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Walk or stand for the entire shift, which may exceed 8 hours
- Lift up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally move 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive motions
- Show up for scheduled shifts on time and with regularity
- Execute additional duties assigned based on business needs and client requirements
