Job Description
Red Robin is a renowned burger restaurant chain that first opened its doors in Seattle in 1969. From its inception, Red Robin has stood out from the typical burger joint by cultivating a vibrant and energetic team environment. The company is driven by a set of core values that include honor, integrity, seeking knowledge, and having fun. These values create an "Unbridled" culture where team members and managers strive to provide exceptional service to guests. Red Robin is not just about serving great food but also about fostering a workplace where team members feel valued, motivated, and part of a community. The company is proud to be a franchisee of Red Robin and is committed to equal opportunity employment, ensuring that all candidates are given fair consideration regardless of their background.
Red Robin is currently hiring for full-time and part-time positions in the kitchen, specifically for Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Kitchen Team members, and Burger Makers. These roles involve learning the Red Robin style of food preparation, which includes techniques such as cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a variety of meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and many other ingredients. The company values candidates who have experience in high-volume restaurant kitchens, whether as line cooks, sauté cooks, grill cooks, or chefs. Additionally, they welcome applicants who wish to join the Heart of House (HOH) team focusing on food preparation and production. Red Robin offers an excellent career path for individuals passionate about culinary arts and who seek to grow within a reputable restaurant setting. This role is perfect for those starting their careers as well as for seasoned professionals looking for a change or advancement. With opportunities for advancement, flexible schedules, and meal discounts, Red Robin strives to provide a supportive and rewarding work experience for all its kitchen team members.
