Job Requirements

At least 21 years old with valid TAPS card
One year of serving experience preferred but open to applicants with little or no restaurant experience
Strong team player
Good communicator
Organized with great attention for details

Job Qualifications

Experience in back of house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred
Strong team player
Good communication skills
Organized with great attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is an asset
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

Learn the Red Robin style of food preparation including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely food preparation and service
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
Support inventory management and proper stock rotation
Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
Contribute to a positive work environment by embodying company values
