Job Requirements
- must be able to withstand temperatures from 0 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to move throughout the restaurant for extended periods
- capability to lift 50 pounds for short distances and 25 pounds for longer distances
- ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, taste, and smell as needed
- must have specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- must be legally eligible to work
- must be able to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior experience required but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- commitment to excellent customer service
Job Duties
- prepare world-famous chicken following the KFC secret recipe
- maintain restaurant cleanliness and appearance
- ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- provide exceptional customer service
- execute team member functions related to service, food preparation, and guest satisfaction

- collaborate effectively with team members and have fun
