Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to pass background and drug screening contingent on company policy
- Commitment to follow all food safety and handling policies and procedures
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, seasonal hospitality environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cooking or food preparation preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices including HACCP guidelines
- Ability to operate cooking equipment safely
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Operates ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare foods
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of company food safety programs
- Cooks all potentially hazardous food to correct temperatures following HACCP guidelines
- Follows all food safety and handling policies and procedures
- Sets up and breaks down workstation with required tools, equipment, or supplies
- Welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs
- Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contributes to team goals
- Always follows company policies and safety procedures
