The position of Kiosk Cook at HVC is a part-time, seasonal role that plays a crucial part in enhancing the guest experience by providing delicious and safely prepared food offerings. With an hourly rate of $20.60, this role requires availability on weekends and holidays, reflecting the seasonal nature of guest demands. As a Kiosk Cook, you will operate various cooking equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare food items following high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and company food handling policies including HACCP guidelines, setting up and breaking down kitchen workstations, and ensuring that all prepared foods meet temperature and safety standards. This role also emphasizes guest interaction, requiring the cook to welcome guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and deliver service with professionalism and care. Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to pass background and drug screening contingent on company policy

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cooking or food preparation preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices including HACCP guidelines
- Ability to operate cooking equipment safely
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Operates ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare foods
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of company food safety programs

- Sets up and breaks down workstation with required tools, equipment, or supplies
