Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
Prior kitchen or culinary experience is preferred
Knowledge of kitchen tools such as knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler and pizza oven desired
Flexible availability to work various shifts
Ability to maintain safety and sanitation standards
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work in a high volume restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous kitchen, culinary or cooking experience preferred but not required
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation methods
Ability to follow detailed recipes and maintain quality standards
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items following recipe procedures
Ensure the highest quality food through correct execution
Use various kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler, and pizza oven
Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety and sanitation policies
Communicate effectively with managers and team members
Assist in prep work and ingredient setup
Support team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
