The company is currently hiring immediately for culinary team members including line cooks, prep cooks, and pizza cooks. These roles are integral to the back-of-house operation and are responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes on the menu following exact recipe procedures to ensure consistent quality and taste. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
  • Prior kitchen or culinary experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of kitchen tools such as knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler and pizza oven desired
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work in a high volume restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous kitchen, culinary or cooking experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation methods
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and maintain quality standards
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items following recipe procedures
