Job Requirements

Job Duties

- Preparar, condimentar y cocinar alimentos según recetas, cantidades indicadas y especificaciones, manteniendo al mismo tiempo los sistemas de control de porciones
- Inspeccionar las áreas de preparación y servido de alimentos, así como los utensilios y equipos, para garantizar el cumplimiento de prácticas seguras y sanitarias de manipulación de alimentos
- Sustituir o ayudar a otros cocineros y puestos de cocina durante los períodos de mayor actividad
