Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous cooking or food preparation experience is an asset
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of safe food handling practices
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock prep and line stations
  • Clean, sanitize and organize kitchen area, equipment and utensils
  • Check quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Prepare, season and cook food according to recipes, quantities and specifications while maintaining portion control systems
  • Inspect food prep and serving areas, utensils and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during busy periods
