Physical demands for this role include the ability to bend, reach, squat, safely lift up to 30 pounds, stand for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours, and effectively multitask in a fast-paced kitchen. Red Lobster is committed to making reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.
