Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen including workstations, utensils, and equipment
  • assist in receiving, storing, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
  • follow all food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe working environment
  • collaborate with kitchen and service staff to meet operational goals
  • monitor food quality and consistency during preparation
  • support compliance with kitchen safety standards
