Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen including workstations, utensils, and equipment
- assist in receiving, storing, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- follow all food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- collaborate with kitchen and service staff to meet operational goals
- monitor food quality and consistency during preparation
- support compliance with kitchen safety standards
